At Sanskar Ethnic, we are committed to providing high-quality products, fair pricing, and excellent customer service. Customer satisfaction is our priority, and we aim to resolve every concern in the best possible manner. If you need to request a return, exchange, refund, or cancellation, please review the policy below.

Returns and Refunds

If you receive a product with damage, stains, or manufacturing defects, you must inform us within 24 to 48 hours of delivery. We may request clear images of the product to verify the issue before approving the request.

Our return policy allows customers to submit a return request within 3 days from the date of delivery.

Returned products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags intact.

Please note that customized or personalized products are not eligible for return or exchange.

Once a return request is approved, the customer must courier the product back to us. After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will assist you with either an exchange or a refund, depending on the approved request.

If a customer chooses a refund, 20% of the order value will be deducted as platform, payment gateway, and handling charges. The remaining 80% of the amount will be refunded.

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 days.

If an order is cancelled by us for any reason, the full refund will be processed to the same payment method within 7 days.

Exchange orders that are approved are usually delivered within 7 to 9 days.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled only within 24 hours of placing the order, provided the order has not been shipped.

Once the order status changes to Shipped, cancellation will not be possible, even if the request is made within the first 24 hours.

If you cancel the order before shipment, the refund will be processed within 7 days. If you do not receive your refund within this period, please contact us for assistance.

Exchange Policy

If you like the product but prefer a different size, color, or design, we are happy to assist with an exchange under the following conditions.

We offer a 3-day exchange policy. Customers can exchange their product with any item available on our website.

If the exchanged product has a higher price, the customer must pay the difference amount online. Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available for exchange orders.

If the new product costs less, the difference amount will be added to the customer’s account as store credit.

Exchange requests must be submitted within 3 days of delivery. We may also ask for real images and videos of the delivered product before approving the exchange request.

Once approved, the exchanged product will typically be delivered within 10 days.

Product Color and Description Disclaimer

We make every effort to display product colors and details accurately on our website. However, slight variations may occur due to photography lighting, screen settings, and monitor display differences.

Measurements, embroidery work, embellishments, and product weight may also vary slightly. By placing an order, customers acknowledge and accept these minor variations.

Embellishment Disclaimer

Garments with decorative elements such as beads, sequins, or stones may occasionally experience slight loosening during shipping or handling. This is a common occurrence with embellished apparel and does not indicate a defect.
