Domestic Shipping (India)

We offer Free Shipping across India

International Shipping

For orders outside India, shipping charges depend on the destination country and the total weight of the parcel. The final shipping cost will be calculated during checkout.

Shipping Time

Domestic Orders

Orders within India are generally dispatched within 2 business days. Delivery usually takes approximately 6 to 7 business days depending on the delivery location.

International Orders

International deliveries may take up to 15 working days, depending on the destination country and postal code.

If you choose products with custom stitching, please allow an additional 3 to 5 working days for processing.

We ship international orders using reliable courier partners such as FedEx, DHL, Arihant and other reputed logistics providers.

Possible Delivery Delays

Shipping and delivery timelines mentioned above are approximate estimates. Actual delivery times may vary depending on product availability, courier operations, and other logistical factors.

Unexpected delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control such as:

  • Weather conditions
  • Transportation disruptions
  • Strikes or operational delays by courier companies
  • Government restrictions or emergencies

We will keep customers informed if there are significant delays in delivery. Please note that delays caused by such circumstances will not qualify for refunds, replacements, exchanges, or cancellations.

In some situations, orders may be shipped in multiple packages. If you decide to cancel the order in such cases, only the items that have not yet been dispatched may be cancelled.

Product Availability

We make every effort to ensure that products displayed on our website are available in stock and that pricing information is accurate.

However, in rare situations where an item becomes unavailable after you place an order, we will notify you within 5 working days of the order date and provide alternative options such as replacement or refund.

Order Cancellations

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, changes or cancellation requests must be submitted within 24 hours of placing the order.

Once the order has been processed or shipped, cancellation will no longer be possible.

Shipping Address Information

Customers must ensure that the shipping address provided during checkout is accurate and complete.

Any address changes must be requested within 24 hours of placing the order. Once the order is shipped, the address cannot be modified.

If you want products delivered to multiple addresses, please place separate orders for each delivery address.

Incorrect or incomplete addresses may lead to penalties from courier companies if the postal code and address details do not match. Any such additional charges or penalties will be the responsibility of the customer.

If a shipment needs to be sent again due to incorrect address details or failed delivery, the customer will be responsible for paying the reshipping charges.

Please ensure someone is available at the delivery location to receive the parcel. In some countries, packages may be left at the doorstep if no one is available to accept the delivery.

Customs Duties & Import Taxes

All product prices listed on our website are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes within India.

For international orders, additional charges such as import duties, customs fees, and local taxes may be applied once the parcel reaches the destination country.

These charges are determined by the customs authorities in your country and must be paid by the customer. Sanskar Ethnic is not responsible for any customs delays or additional charges imposed by local authorities.

Lost Shipments

If a shipment is lost during transit, we will wait up to 15 days for confirmation from the courier partner before processing the issue.

If the same product design is available, we will ship a replacement order. If the product is unavailable, customers may choose between a refund or selecting an alternate item.

Delivery timelines may also be affected by natural disasters, national emergencies, or other unavoidable circumstances.
